Mid-South Renal Clinic, PLC opened in July 2000 and has developed into a thriving Nephrology practice founded by Dr. Mashhud Mirza and has continued to grow steadily over the years. After completing his Nephrology Fellowship at University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1997, he opened his practice and build a dialysis center in Marion, AR. Today, in collaboration with DaVita Dialysis, we are proud and excited on the opening of the new, relocated , state of the art facility for DaVita Marion. His clinical interest include peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, hypertension, and EMR consultancy. Dr. Mirza has a passion for travelling, cars and a huge Memphis Tigers and Memphis Grizzlies fan. He is a devoted father of a special need son, Omar, two lovely daughters and adores his "good wife" Sharon.

Dr. Kazmi is a practicing Memphis and Arkansas Nephrologist. He completed his medical education from Nishtar Medical College in Pakistan. He trained at University of Tennessee, Memphis and completed his Nephrology Fellowship in 2007. He joined Mid-South Renal Clinic, PLC in 2007 and has been active in the clinical practice. His clinical interests include adult nephrology, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and pre/post kidney transplant management. Currently, he is the Medical Director for DaVita Forrest City and active nephrologists at Fresenius West Helena, Arkansas. He devoted husband to Humeira and father to Aimen, Warda, Muneeb and Hussein. An active member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Medical Society, patients are fond of his quite demeanor and compassionate care.

Sharon Circulado Mirza is a licensed registered nurse and currently holds a multi-state license in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. She completed her Bachelors degree in Nursing at Silliman University, Dumaguete , Philippines in 1996. A seasoned nurse leader with 30 years of experience, Sharon currently serves as a Nurse Manager. Passionate about fostering positive work environment and dedication to creating a patient centered environment and consistently strives to enhance the patient experience by implementing innovative practices and actively listening to patient feedback. She has a proven track record of leading her teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes by having strong collaboration with the DaVita Comprehensive Kidney Care team to improve quality of care to Medicare beneficiaries to delay or avoid dialysis and promote kidney transplant.
